NUTRITION
There is no one diet for all. Each person is unique with individualised nutritional requirements. Understand what foods work for you, eat to enjoy without the discomfort, fatigue, bloating and weight gain.
MINDSET
Mindfulness, meditation, and healthy habits with the intention of creating a positive and balanced life. When these techniques are implemented into daily life, you will find stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs things of the past.
MOVEMENT
Discovering and strengthening the body’s physical abilities suited to you. Understand what type of movement your body needs and how often. Finally establish a routine that you look forward to achieving and makes you feel great.

Every program includes a weekly 60 minute online coaching session over a period of 12 weeks. Plus additional support through E-mail, resources and recommendations are also included to help guide you along the way.

Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, I do! If you are unable to pay the full amount up front, I do offer a 3 monthly payment plan.
Do you work with International clients in different time zones?
Yes, my clients are based all around the world. When you schedule a session with me, my booking system will conveniently show your time zone with times available.
How do I sign up?
Before you sign up to my Renew | Reset | Restore Program, you will need to book in for an initial Discovery Call. This is an important part of the process because it allows me to ensure my program is right for you and your health goals. Once we both agree we are the right fit to work together, I will send you the Payment, Client Agreement and a Health History form that you will be required to complete before our first session.
Why is your program 12 weeks long?
In my experience, I find that the 12-week time frame creates long lasting positive lifestyle habits. Research indicates that it takes 21 days to create a habit, but 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change.
Can I use Skype or another video conferencing app instead of Zoom for the coaching calls?
I do prefer using Zoom, however if you prefer another way for us to do our Coaching Sessions together, I can work around that too.
Do you meet in person for coaching as well as online?
Currently I only offer online coaching. I find it the most flexible way to reach more people around the world.
