Health Coaching gives people the knowledge, skills and confidence to implement simple lifestyle changes, to maximize well-being and overall health. Through a personalized coaching program, a Health Coach will guide and give support to achieve the individual health & wellness goals of a client.
Who I work with and how can I help you.
I work with Flight Attendants and other travel professionals who struggle with fatigue, stress and excess weight. I help by guiding them on how to regain energy, create body confidence and develop a better work/life balance.
As your Health Coach, we will explore concerns specific to you and discover what changes are needed for a lifetime of optimal health and well-being. My goal is to set you up in a way that after you complete the Coaching Program, you will have all the tools and knowledge necessary to support yourself fully from there on.

All programs are personalized, topics may include the following:
How to sleep better and wake up energized
Managing jet lag & fatigue
What foods to eat to create sustained energy
Food swaps & how to fix cravings
Eating on the go and away while at work
Shifting excess weight
Learning meditation & mindfulness for stress relief
Your 12 week program will include:

12 Weekly 60-minute online coaching sessions via Skype or Zoom
