A Health Coach is a knowledgeable advisor who provides ongoing support, motivation and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes to improve your health and wellbeing.
Health Coaches are also trained to help clients nourish themselves with the ‘primary foods’ of life, including spirituality, career, physical activity and relationships.
Just like an athlete has a Sports Coach to support and guide them toward achieving their goals, a Health Coach does the same by supporting and guiding you in achieving your goals in creating a balanced healthy life.
Who I work with and how can I help you.
I work with female professionals who travel for work by helping them achieve a balanced healthy life while at home and also traveling abroad. I know how difficult it can be to achieve everything you want in life while still trying to keep your health a priority. It can be hard but I am here to tell you it doesn’t have to be!
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. I want to set you up in a way that after we complete the Coaching Program that you will have all the tools and knowledge necessary to support yourself!

Your 6 month program includes:
- Two 50-minute sessions per month
- E-mail support between sessions
